Terms of Service

Arb Terminal is a web-based platform that provides insights, analytics, and aggregated public data related to financial markets and social media trends.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Arb Terminal, you represent that you meet this requirement.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using your email address. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service

Arb Terminal aggregates publicly available data, including social media signals.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Real-time reliability

Use of this data is at your own risk.

Arb Terminal does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All information is for informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your investment decisions
• Any financial outcomes

Arb Terminal offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription. Pro plans are billed monthly ($50/month) or annually ($500/year) in U.S. dollars, with prices clearly shown before purchase.

Auto-renewal

By subscribing, you authorize Arb Terminal (via Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Your subscription will renew at the same plan and price unless changed in writing or via in-app notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain Pro access until that date. We do not auto-charge after cancellation.

Refunds

All payments are final. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused features, or early cancellation. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@arbterminal.io within 14 days and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Price changes

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app. Price changes apply to the next renewal; you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance. Your use of the payment service is also subject to Stripe's Terms.

Our platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, analytics providers).

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Their policies or actions

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access at any time
• Remove users who violate these Terms

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arb Terminal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
