Arb Terminal aggregates publicly available data, including information from platforms such as TikTok.

We do not collect private user data from these platforms.

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers strictly required to operate the platform:

• Supabase — authentication, user profile storage, application database
• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription management (we never see or store your card details)
• Railway — backend API hosting
• Vercel — frontend hosting and analytics
• PostHog — product analytics (page views, feature usage)
• Apify — public-data aggregation (TikTok, Amazon, financial sources)
• Legal authorities if required by valid legal process

When you purchase Arb Terminal Pro, Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly. We receive only:

• A Stripe customer ID linked to your account
• Subscription status, plan, and renewal date
• Last 4 digits of the card on file (for display in the customer portal)

Full card numbers, CVCs, and billing addresses are stored by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and are never transmitted to or stored by Arb Terminal.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

Depending on your location (GDPR for EU/UK, CCPA for California, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of analytics tracking

To exercise any of these rights, email support@arbterminal.io. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription; you will not be charged for future billing periods.

We keep account and subscription data for as long as your account is active, plus a short retention window after closure for tax, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes (typically up to 7 years for payment records, as required by U.S. tax law). Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months in aggregated form.

Arb Terminal is available globally. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in the United States or other jurisdictions.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
